Schools that ask applicants to send a “self-introduction” video are looking for entertainers, not teachers.
They ask applicants to have years of experience, certificates, diplomas, health check, background check, the whole shebang and it all comes down to a “one minute introduction video as if you were talking to a class between 6 and 13 years of age”. Aaaaaargh
