Hi there! I’m trying to buy contact lenses in Kyoto/Internet but I can’t figure out how to convert my prescription, specific brand, or if I’ve to go to an eye clinic for this! Any experience with this kind of thing?
(I’ll just attached my prescription incase anyone knows a specific brand to buy, no idea what my presc means except that my eyesight is absolutely awful)
R: SPH: -5 , CYL: -1.50 , AXIS: 5.0
L: SPH: -5 , CYL: -0.50 , AXIS: 30.0 , BVD: 11.00
