Flower markets or shops that open early?

Hello! My family and I will visit Kyoto this June for my mom’s birthday. We wanted to surprise her with flowers but don’t know where to get fresh flowers early in the morning.

I found the Aoyama Flower Markets but they open at 11 AM and we’re looking for something that opens earlier (around 6 AM if possible hahaha) Aside from this, so far, I’ve only been seeing wholesale flower markets (like Kyoto Seika). which only sell to flower sellers and not the general public.

Are there any markets in Kyoto specifically for flowers and bouquets?
