Hi everyone — I’m moving back to Kyoto in August for a one year job. I was wondering if anyone knows of a realtor in Kyoto who works with foreigners or is just good/trustworthy (doesn’t have to speak English.) I’d like to be around Karasuma Imadegawa if that helps. I’m in the US now so looking for someone who could work via email/phone if possible.
For my last Tokyo apartment, I worked with a realtor and I found it easier just because she could call companies very quickly and ask if foreigners are okay and just had a general knowledge of the system. I’m bringing a cat too so rental options can be limited.
