Hello I will be moving soon to tokyo as an exchange student for the upcoming school year and I wanted some reviews on the rakuten mobile sim card.
Is it great? I think it has a really good price for an unillimited data compared to others options but I have seen on a website that it doesn't take incoming calls on IOS ?
