Can anyone help me with installing the digital blackboard resources for One World Smiles. Or tell me if this is a widespread issue.
My district switched to the new edition of One World Smiles this year. However, there seems to be some trouble with the digital blackboard. We don't seem to have it. I'm fairly sure we do; it's just the new digital distribution model that has tripped up the tech unsavy school administrators.
I apologize if this has been covered already.
EDIT: I found what I believe to be the code for at least One World Smiles 6. It has all the instructions, but I can't do it as I don't speak/read well enough plus it requires IDs and phone calls that I'm probably not allowed do. Now it's in the hands of people older than me (I'm pushing 50).
I'm just venting now.
