I’m planning to teach Spanish, any public spaces where this can be done?

Hello!

I was planning to sign up HelloSensei and teach some Spanish or English classes in Okinawa. Teaching from my place is not an option, so I wanted to know if there is a chill coffee place or a community center building where I can rent a space for fairly cheap (if there are some whiteboard then even better!). I'm near Naha that's my preference but would like to see all the options. Thanks in advance!
