Working Holiday Visa – Re-using a physicians note?

Hi everybody,

I'm from Canada and applied for a Working Holiday Visa for Japan on June 17. I was rejected because of insufficient detail about travel on my itinerary and too much talk about studying the language. They told me I could rebook and try again, so my next date is July 31, which is coming up in about a week.

I redid everything and was wondering if the physician's note I got last time (which I got the day before my appointment – so on June 16) would be okay to use again? Or has it been too long and I would need to go in to get a new one.
