Hello all,
As the title suggests, I am looking to get a working holiday visa from November to be in Japan for one year. After this, myself and my boyfriend would probably get married and possibly change this to spouse visa.
Basically we have been living together in the UK for two years and planning to go to Japan later this year. I was looking at working holiday so I can live there for a year, see if I enjoy it and my sole purpose would not be to work as such but if I got some part time bits here and there that would be good.
My question is, when applying, is it a good idea to mention I will be staying with my Japanese partner, and that I am going to be with him for the duration of the stay; or does this not look good to them, idk (?). We would be living together in a rental that he will sort, although will be exploring other parts of Japan which I will mention in the itinerary of course.
Just want to make sure I make no mistakes and can make the best application possible!
