Hello, my apologies, im very sorry if this was asked before but I just couldn't find an answer.
In quebec we have what is called DEC(College studies diploma/diplome d'études collégiales), it lasts for 3 years and it is sort of a transitory stage between high school and university(CEGEP) but you can also go back there any time in your life. It is lower in salary scale than a Bachelor. I was wondering if it could be enough to get a visa for working in Japan since it is a 3 years program?
