I recently attended the UK recruitment event for ECC and did not get offered the job. I am honestly unsure as to why I didn’t get it but maybe that shows I am a bit ignorant about what Eikaiwas are looking for in an employee.
I feel my only other option now is Nova as I hear they have a much higher chance to hire you compared to ECC or AEON for example.
I really just want to live in Japan for one year, so can anyone recommend NOVA for essentially a year long trip to Japan? Is this a good idea? Are there alternative options?
