I went to Kyoto, visiting the Yasaka shrine around 9/22 and 9/23. During that time, I obtained many talismans as souvenirs for loved ones and friends, but have lost the images describing the meanings for most of them.
I know that I painstakingly spent hours figuring out which one to get for everyone (including some for ourselves), and that they did have some QR codes for many of them, but the image came out too blurry for me to be able to go to now!
Can anyone help direct me to a place to find the meaning for various talismans I have, before I give them to their intended people for the holidays?
I have spent hours trying to find links to this information, and am not fluent enough to easily access all the Japanese websites that may have this information (although I have been trying).
One example I have been looking for, is this blue dragon well stone that you picked out the stone, placed it in it's appropriate bag. It had a whole story and meaning that I had acquired for my best friend, but failed to be able to convey it appropriately without the image.
I also did purchase some at the large Buddha shrine in Nara as well, but not as many as I did here.
Thank you so much for any and all help possible.
