Hello All,
I will be relocating to Tokyo in about a month. I have taken elementary Japanese in university and did well but its been almost 10 years since and I haven't used Japanese as much since then. I want to learn more before I move because I'mm worried I wont be able to communicate well if ever I were to run into some kind of emergency. My husband (Japanese) says that I can learn easily when I get there.
Is anyone able to share some experiences living in Japan and learning the language? Did you already know the language or none at all?
