For context, I am planning to run a remote business that would have Japanese clients and a reason for being in Japan. Currently I would barely qualify for 70 points HSP (manager path) if I can pass the N2 exam. Had the following questions:
-
On a 70 point HSP business manager visa can you apply for PR after 1 year if you meet 80 points at the start of coming to japan on the engineer HSP?
-
If not then I think I could get a MBA which would be another 5 points. I already have a CS masters so would the MBA + CS be another 5 points for the two masters and get to the 10 points I would need?
-
Is an office absolutely required for approval or could you use a home office? My salary would be 15mil yen so I wonder if they might be lenient on this aspect since there is a lot of tax revenue.
