How do i dispose these things?

Basically the title, I recently moved to Kyoto, Shimogyo ward. Even after checking the disposal guide multiple times, i’m still wondering how i should dispose these things:

1) Snow packs they sometimes put inside food boxes to keep it fresh.
2) Dirty pizza boxes.
3) Old kitchen garbage filter (i’m uploading a picture for reference)
