What are my options for a fully funded IT scholarship in japan, my dream is living in japan so would be huge to get one, i fluently speak arabic, English, and am learning Japanese, i also speak some French.
Any scholarship would be much better than studying in egypt so any quality is ok! (Egyptian education is useless!), i am interested in IT (programming), learned some languages and have a couple of projects under my belt, and would prefer japan, but if it comes to it I'll take whatever!
My family can't pay for it, also i don't want something risky (like relying on part time job money for uni payments, if there's no risk, then alright).
