How to find smoking areas

Hello,

I spent some time online searching for that information but I just cannot find it. There are a few bars and izakayas that allow smoking but I am looking for public designated areas (like in some malls or hôtels, unfortunately my current hotel doesn't have one). I know they exist, but I don't know how to find them, is there any app or website to reference them please ? Is there any in the streets ? I found some on Tokyo last week but not here yet (but I just arrived though)
