How do I get over my anxiety of speaking to natives in Japanese? I get worried I’m being too overbearing or making them uncomfortable. Is it just an exposure therapy type of thing?
From Anki: 「彼女は愛をこめて手紙を書いた」 “She wrote a letter full of love”
I don’t understand why 愛 receives the を particle, since we’re not filling love, but instead filling *the letter* with love. I feel like it should be 愛と or perhaps 愛で?
