Are Suumo Apartments Unavailable for Foreigners?

Hi everyone,

I’m moving to Osaka and noticed Suumo has way better apartments than iepedia/gaijinpot. But I’ve heard many places on Japanese sites might not rent to foreigners.

Is this true? Any tips for renting through Suumo as a foreigner?
