My girlfriend and I will be coming from Tokyo to try and do some whale watching around the main island and a few days further south in Ishigaki or Miyakojima for some snorkelling.
Any advice on the how we travel around Okinawa islands would be great – are there ferries and boats between every island or are flights more common?
How many days would be recommended at each site and how would we get around the islands themselves?
