I'm a 23yo animation Student from Ireland (graduating in a few months) planning to move to Japan in the future and I was very curious if anyone has any advice for finding work as an animator or illustrator in Japan.
Anything you can think of that I should keep in mind when looking for a job in this industry would be very appreciated!
