How to Compress JET Application Documents Under 10 MB?

Hi everyone,

I’m in the process of applying for the JET program and noticed that the combined size of all uploaded documents must be under 10 MB. I’m a bit stuck on how to reduce the size of scanned PDFs and images without compromising quality, especially for things like my transcript, certificates, and SOP.

Can anyone recommend specific tools, apps, or techniques for:

• Compressing PDFs?

• Reducing image sizes while maintaining readability?

• Any general tips for organizing and formatting everything to meet the file size requirement?

Also, if you’ve gone through this, how did you ensure the final files still looked professional?
