I've been looking for a job to Japan for some time now and I would like to avoid those so called "Black Companies" as much as possible…

I have a minimum N4 Level but with decent daily conversation skills, and I've registered to this website called Daijob. I've been receiving Scout Emails from the company mentioned above and did some further research about them. The company seems to be under a group called Digic Inc. & Rhonda Software. They don't seem to be a very well known company that's why I couldn't find much details about them… If there's anyone who's familiar with this company or has better tools to review Japanese companies, that would be a great help, and I would highly appreciate it..
