Is this a good starting point for a fresh graduate?

Hi everyone. I've been looking around here for a while and I think it's time I ask about this, as I've seen similar posts but they don't really fit my current situation.

I'm a recent mechanical engineering graduate from a country in Southeast Asia. I've landed this job, which I've been searching in google and it is called "haken gaisha," though it's not quite the same as what I've read on the internet as I'm not a "temp" as a see it. I will be dispatched to a client company and if my work is done in one company, I will be dispatched to another. The company will provide training until N3, and then I will be dispatched to a client company that matches my skills and descriptions. The base pay is about 230k, which is pretty great compared to a job that I got in my home country (almost 4 times). After taxes and utilities, it would be around 180k. The company will provide the housing and transport fees, which is really helpful. Having a place to stay is enough for me, but I'm sure it'll be fine.

Now here is the thing I'm still no sure, The contract says I'll be employed for three years, plus another year of training. Then, when the contract is up, I'll either have the option to stay on or maybe even become a full-time employee at the client company (not guaranteed, just a chance). I'm thinking of searching for other jobs after the three years, but I'm still not sure how to do it since I'm not in japan yet. I have not signed the contract yet and its due in new years eve so I still have some time to think about it. Do you think that would be a good idea? if not then any advice would greatly appreciated.

Many thanks for your attention and sorry for my bad English, its not my first language.
