Exchange student interview

I am a student from Italy , who applied for a exchange student semester in Japan .
Last year I had a 5 ( a D) in maths wich I was able to “recover” in September ( in Italy if you have a D or less as your final grade in a subject in September before the beginning of the new school year you have to take an exam : if you pass and recover with a higher grade you can begin the new year if not you are expelled ) , even though I recovered it they ( the Japanese agency ) said they typically would not accept me but decided to bend a bit the rules and do an interview in English and Japanese.. But I was so nervous thinking about there soooo many things that I should have said that I didn’t , the interview lasted longer than expected about 1 hour and a half , and they said I speak Japanese well and were impressed that I practice Japanese traditional dance and tea ceremony .but the worse part is : i have Discalculia and I was supposed to keep it hidden , but I’m so bad at lying ( and in that moment I was not sure if the agency knew or not ) that I said it , know my tutor ( who helps me with maths ) will write a letter explaining what Discalculia is and that I would not be a problem in the exchange . I will have and answer in a month or so , but I’m still so nervous , I cried the whole day , I feel like I just threw my only change , my only dream out the window .
How do you think it went ?
What should I do while waiting for the answer, should I consider another destination?
