My Tourist Visa to Japan was rejected twice and now I’m worried that it will affect me getting COE for my Student Visa in Japan.

So, my Tourist / Relatives Visit Visa to Japan was rejected twice, and now I have been accepted into undergraduate university in Japan for the Spring 2025 semester, and the university will apply for a Certificate Of Eligibility (COE) on my behalf, which is necessary for me to obtain in order to get a Student Visa. Now I’m scared that my previous Tourist Visa rejections will affect me getting a COE. The Embassy of Japan has not given me a reason both of the two times my Tourist Visas were rejected even after I inquired with them, since it is against their policies to reveal the reason of Visa rejection to applicants.
I’m from Bangladesh so I guess you could say it’s a poor country. However, I don’t have any criminal record or shady history or anything since I’m just a normal 18 year old high school girl. I also have travel history to other Asian countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Maldives etc. My older sister already lives in Japan since she’s attending university there so I had mainly applied for a Tourist / Relatives’ Visit Visa to visit her. We had shown enough liquidity in our bank account to fund the whole trip and all our documents were correct as well. When my Visa got rejected the first time last year one reason could’ve been that I was still a minor (17) at that time and I had applied for the Visa alone without any guardian so maybe that could’ve been the reason. But for the second time, I was already 18 by then and I applied with my mom and all our documents were correct too but both our Visas got rejected so idk what went wrong since they don’t reveal the reason.
Will my Tourist Visa rejections affect me getting a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for my Student Visa in Japan? Anyone who has experience living or studying in Japan or has gotten a Japanese Visa before, please help me gain some information on this!
