I'm not sure if I've been unlucky or if I'm doing something wrong. From research I've read Sumyca is one of the more reliable ways to rent a short term apartment in Tokyo, and they have some very nice looking affordable places on their website.
The only way to book one seems to be to fill out a form through the website. I first filled out a form 2 weeks ago, and again 4 or 5 days ago. No one ever gets back to me. I'm trying to figure out of I'm doing something incorrectly. Are they just very busy at the moment or could it be because it's near to Christmas? I'm not sure if people in Japan take as much time off over Christmas as people in the west. I've checked my spam folder too.
Does anyone have advice on how I can progress?
