Not a scam. Though the price they quote you on the street isn’t the full story. Once they’ve got you to follow them inside, they’ll ask for a “tip”. Then they’ll probably try to sell you “upgrades”, like two girls instead of one, etc.
Other than that, you get what you pay for. It is a little sketchy but generally safe.
