I would like ask for recommendations of an implant specialist and also your personal experiences of getting an implant here.

Reason I am looking for an implant specialist.

While replacing a crown on a front tooth and getting a CBCT scan to check the condition of that tooth, it was discovered that I have very advanced root resorption in another tooth (front lower tooth)

The odds of saving the tooth is low, even options of trying to save it sounds like a gamble.

The reason for root resorption is from trauma after falling and injuring my chin 10 years ago.
Same reason my upper front tooth has a crown and root canal.
