ESL teacher in Japan with Nova vs China?

About a year ago I taught English in China very briefly in a tier 4 city in northern China that had a bad polution. This time round I got an offer to teach at a kindergarten in a tier 3 city in southwest China(Liuzhou city).

I unexpectedly got an employment contract offer from Nova. Ultimately, I want to work in IT and it seems like it would be easier to do that in Japan if I learned Japanese seriously, although I'm aware it's not that easy to learn Japanese and find a role with no IT experience, but I do have an IT Degree from the UK.

The pay is 10000rmb for the Chinese school and the pay for Nova(I think) is around 150,000 yen after taxes. I've always wanted to go to Japan but I'm not too sure which one to take, and I've heard a mixed bag of reviews about Nova. I have about 4 days to get back to Nova with all the paperwork. Thanks.
