Hi all, with the (late) autumn leaves finally finished falling, my yard is covered in them. Does Kyoto city have a guideline on what to do with garden waste? I have so much leaves that I think my neighbors would be really bothered by me filling a few dozen yellow combustible trash bags with them. Do you have any suggestions on what I could do, or where I could take them?
