Just offered an interview with Kohgakusha Co., but there’s no posts about them recently. Anything I should know about them? How are they?

I've read all of the reddit posts I could find about Kohgakusha and although they've been fine, they're all from at least several years ago. I would love to get some input about how they are now, if anything has changed for better or worse, and how their interviews usually are.
