Anyone dealt with Union Monthly before? Me looked through a lot of website and found one that met my criteria on Union Monthly. Are they safe to deal with. I only found one post about them on reddit that’s like 3 years ago. The google reviews is a mixed of really good reviews and really bad reviews. Is it fine to rent with them?

I didn’t have an issue with them, but I was also used to dealing with monthly mansion companies at that point so I didn’t interact with them besides the initial paperwork (by email) and also knew what to expect in terms of room size/amenities. It was also in Japanese. Don’t know about their customer service in English or when there’s a maintenance issue or something.
Only issue for me was the lack of free wi-fi in the room.
