My Number – I’m constantly moving between hotels, so I can’t receive the notification letter in the mail. How can I get my My Number card in this situation?

I registered my address at the city hall, but since I keep moving, I haven’t received the notification card. Will the city hall allow me to pick up my My Number card without it? I’m not staying in one place for more than a few weeks (and can’t fix that right now), but I’m on a tight timeline to get this card. 🙁
