First and foremost, I'd like to apologize if this is a question that's already been answered, but I checked the wiki and couldn't find it.
I'm 19, and currently enrolled in a California Junior college. I also have a good amount of experience working in Special Education classrooms, and also a lot of work with middle schools (sometimes in the classroom, but most was through mentoring programs). Pretty much a lot (3-4 years) of experience in classrooms and with local youth. Would getting an Assosiates degree, plus my prior experience be enough to be eligible for the JET Program? Does it have to be a degree in education?
Am I sweating the details way too much, or do I need to get my life together and get a Bachelor's degree…?
