I literally am at a loss of what to do. I submitted a request for paperwork over three weeks ago. I realized a few days ago I made a mistake in the app deadline thinking it was the 25th instead of the 15th. Everything else on my app is finished and ready to submit except for this. I have called my doctors office and they said someone would call me back but I haven’t heard from anyone and now I’m freaking out because I’m out of the country til Monday and can’t even go to the office. Does anyone have any idea if there’s anything that can even be done in this situation, or is my whole application just a wash now?
