Looking to move to Osaka soon from the UK. What are quiet places to live?

Hi, I'm applying for a working holiday visa soon and am looking at Osaka as my first place to live. I have noise sensitivity issues so I was wondering if anyone knows a good part of the city to live to avoid drunken people shouting at night etc. I'm OK with share houses. Also open to receiving any general advice on where to look for somewhere to live because I'm kind of hopeless with this kind of thing
