Hello work

I quit my job last month, i plan to go to Hello work next week. I have questions, please help.

1. In my rishoukuhyo, it states that I resigned due to personal circumstances. During the interview at Hello Work, can I explain my actual reason for leaving, which is that my boss was causing me significant stress and I felt unable to continue working?

2. I understand that it will take three months for me to receive unemployment benefits. If I manage to find a job in the first month, will I still be eligible to receive any benefits?
