Getting PR via points system

Hello everyone! I'm from Canada and looking to get PR in Japan. Just need some help understanding the Japanese point system for that.

1. In the category "annual salary" – is this asking the current salary I make in Canada or is it asking for the current Japanese salary, assuming I'm already living in Japan?

2. Category "work experience" – are they asking for my work experience in my current field in Canada OR is it only work experience in Japan that counts?

3. There is a category where the university you graduated from might be "considered highly reputable by Japanese government". You then go to the Ministry of Justice website to check and in the PDF file that's on that page, my university is NOT on the list. However, right below that PDF file there are three world rankings links, and my university is ranked in the 401-500 range on all three of them. Does that qualify it for that category? Or is it only going off that PDF file list?
