The card seems to be complete now, with the order of the main card not being revealed until the day of the show.
NJPW also claims that you can now use the code NJPW2025 to get an unspecified discount on tickets, but in trying (so that I could see what the discount amount is) I found the code does not work at this time.
The show will stream live this Saturday as part of your NJPW World sub in both English and Japanese.
