Would acquirimg a few years teaching experience and a master’s degree in TESOL make me a good candidate for international schools in Japan?

Hi there I'm a education major in college and I was wondering if I were to gain a few years teaching experience in the USA and work towards a MA in TESOL if I would be able to apply for and have a shot at getting a job teaching English or something in Japan? Cheers
