Hello everyone!
My company is an established company in France for 7 years now and we just opened a branch in the US.
I am working as a support and qa engineer and the company would like to open our support as a 24/7 service. For that they consider sending me to Japan as a manager and let me recruit 3/4 members to bolster our team.
Down the line we will also get some Asian clients and this office will be our Asian branch.
The question is, it's the beginning of it and immigration lawyer will be involved down the line, but I'd like to know your opinion on which visa would be more fitting. I've seen the intra transfer one but we don't have a branch or representative office yet there.
Would opening a representative office for the time being while we only do support and QA and hiring locals be enough?
