I applied for a Rakuten Card, and I have already received the card. But I don’t used it so i want to deactivate the card. However, when I tried to contact Rakuten via chat, I was unable to log in because my registered identity information does not match. (I have tried multiple times, but the result remains the same.)
The error message displayed is as follows:

・生年月日または自宅電話番号がお届け内容と相違しています。(02-801 802)
Additionally, I am unable to call the customer service center because my SoftBank SIM does not support phone calls—only messaging and internet.
I would like to deactivate my Rakuten Card because I recently received an email regarding a usage fee of 330 yen for February, even though I have never used the card.
Is there a solution to this issue? I would appreciate your assistance.
