Is it possible to work in care as a foreigner with no formal education

I am a 27yo Male who has worked in various care fields for the last 5-6 years (currently with adults with disabilities) and I am wondering if my skills are needed in Japan or if I should just think of working in a different field. I’m also currently studying Japanese on my own and have a trip (roughly 2 weeks) that I’m planning for late September. Thank you for any information or advice in advance
