Hello my friends,
I’m looking to move to Japan from the US, I’ve started to do some research about it but I’m a bit confused. I have a masters degree in accounting and about 4 years of work experience here in the states. I know basic Japanese, and will have some money saved up within the next year.
I don’t want to rush this process for sure, I know it will be a pretty big shift, but it’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while. In regards to the expenses part, I’m not to worried. What I’m worried about is figuring out what the costs of things are there. For example, what is considered middle class? What yearly salary should I target in order to pay my bills and save at the same time? What are taxes like? Average cost of an apartment or house? I’ve done research about this but I would like some responses from people who have/live over there.
Any info would help.
