Teaching in Tokyo, Japan

I (27M, US) have lived in Japan, mainly Tokyo over half a decade, and recently, realized most of my clients over 90% who are businesswomen or office female workers become my regulars showing with great deal of enthusiasm and a little playful spirit. Over half of our lesson content doesn't involve textbook but unfinished materials of office works, projects, meeting and even gossiping. Sometimes, my clients just randomly ask personal questions about me for the whole lesson, and in which I never mind about getting like interrrogating by them. In fact, we always have fun and laugh about most of the things we have conversed. And I feel like sometimes, we were mingling. Aren't they hitting on me or am I just a little delusional? Please give me your thoughts?
