How have people dealt with the apparent mismatch of questions on the application versus the preview of the Self-report of Medical Conditions section. Questions 4 in this section on the application is for Non-medicated Learning Disabilities, but this question does not appear on the Review as you go to Review & Submit Application.
So, the answers that are entered after Question 4 on the application are now misaligned on the Review, including medication s.
