How often do you guys go out? And are you guys ok?

I’ve been reading a lot of comments and posts on this subreddit and it seems like all dispatch ALT companies pay poorly and have very limited time off.

My question is, with that in mind, how often do you guys go out? Like eating out or taking a day trip somewhere.

My second question is, are you guys ok?
Whenever I read comments on posts about someone wanting to become an ALT at a dispatch company, they always say things like “don’t do it the pay is terrible” and other negative things. So I always wonder how dispatch company ALTs are surviving in such a bad environment.
