I have a close friend who has schizophrenia. He's an awesome guy when he's on his meds but he is a danger to himself and others when off the meds. I really want to help him. I was thinking to hold an intervention with his wife and close friends but I don't know if it is going to help. I wish there was a way to force him to take his meds. I called his hospital and asked but it is considered assault to drag somebody into the clinic and force them to take medicine. Any ideas?
