I've been seeing their ads populate my feed recently. Guessing from looking for a new used vehicle to replace one that I had junked. They seem to have the two year warranty like BC. Any one have experience with their company?

I bought my car through them. Good service in person. One of their salesmen speaks fluent English. Small selection of cars a bit on the pricier side.
The warranty is clutch and covers all maintenance needs. You also get 4 free oil changes.
My only concern is the maintenance times, inconsistent communication and lack of loaner car availability. I think it took about 2-3 months for a loaner to become available so they could fix my engine. I never once got a call from them during that time and had to constantly reach out for updates.
I give them the benefit of the doubt being a small dealership. Would recommend checking them out.
I bought my car from them, but only because they had a car that I fell in love with that I couldn’t find at any other used shop.
They list cars in $ and ¥ but the amounts aren’t equal (the ¥ amount listed in Japanese was way cheaper) – it was only when I asked about it that I was told ‘oh you can pay either price.’ (???) and before anyone asks, in both cases the JCI/ shaken was included so it was just dual pricing. They also barely budge with negotiations. We bought two cars, cash up front, and only got the tiniest of a deal vs buying only one car on a 2 year payment plan. Other dealerships offered bigger discounts.
I’ve had a car I bought from them for three years now and have had no issues with it. They do a few free oil changes as well. My car didn’t come with a backup camera and they installed one for free for me also
